It's really inflammatory to say someone is cheating without intending that they meant to do something 'malicious.' If the action wasn't intended to benefit himself at the expense of his opponent, it wasn't cheating.

This is a pointless exercise in semantics. Words mean different things to different people. I'm saying that TO ME, cheating is a willful violation of the rules. You don't get to decide what the word means TO ME, particularly when my use is perfectly consistent with the dictionary. Like I said before, you can call it what you want. To me... TO ME... this is cheating.
