Many of you are making a big mistake with regard to language. I've stated now, quite clearly, that I am using a definition of cheating that does not connote malice. Then, subsequent to this clarification, you are using a different definition cheating to interpret what I have said. Absent a clarification on my part, you certainly could be free to interpret my words in a particular way, but now you cannot.
I stand by what I have said 100%. I think Mitrelis cheated, but I do not think he did so maliciously -- I don't think in any way he was trying gain an unfair advantage. If anything, he was trying to help Ed out, and was trying to do what he thought was the right thing. Ed bears some culpability in this, as he apparently made several illegal moves in the match.
I'm sorry if my words got construed in such a way as to seem that I was levying an accusation upon Mitrelis. I am not. I should have clarified my word choice from the very outset.
