"Also, maybe every game it can be turned around so that in the event one side is getting skewed rolls it will at least even out."

But what if it is always skewing rolls in one player's favor regardless of which direction it is in? It is not difficult to have electronic dice done in a fair way. What may be difficult is having everyone think it is fair.
