Allaying concerns about dice hacking.

I have no trouble trusting XG's rolls either, because XG and I are not playing for money, or even FIBS rating points. (So far, my XG has never even asked me to play for money!) I also have no problem believing that dice programming can be done for the device you are proposing, that will achieve what laypersons call randomness, and Ph.D. mathematicians call something like pseudo-randomness.
The first problem is going to be avoiding someone hacking the electronic dice if they have sufficient motivation, and friends with sufficient skills. If it can be done with cars, why not with dice? Someone with bad intent could potentially make you miss a 35-number shot with the push of a hidden button that activates embedded software hacks, or maybe even causes the talking feature to make you listen to Rick Astley through your whole match. Oik!
The second problem is going to be convincing the honest players that nothing like that is happening.
BTW I am not opposed to electronic dice on aesthetic grounds, and have used them combined with a real board in a low-stake chouette.
