You are giving them more outfield shots by playing 8/2 rather than 16/10!

After 16/10 they only hit us in the outfield (should they choose to do so) with 1's and 3's. That's 20 numbers.

After 8/2 they hit with 1's and 4's which is 20 + 22 and a long distance joker 33. 6/3 can also hit us should they choose to do so.

If this ends up in consultation, consider this my comments for still preferring 16/10. And, yes, I do see the risks from leaving an additional blot.
