I go with 13/8 to bring another builder to the blockade in front of opps 3 checkers.

9/4 moves the builder inefficiently to the front of the blockade. It doesn't gain any safety, since the 4 opp's hitting rolls (63 & 54) are great anyway, hitting on the bar or building golden. So no pros, really.

Any slot slots the wrong point and gives too much return shots, which we don't want to do when opp has a solid 4-prime.
