Most baffling play of the weekend

I would play 13/11, 8/3. Keeping all of the checkers in play and diversifying. I don't think getting hit is the end of the world, and I desperately want to make the bar point.

As for XG's play, if it wasn't even considered by anyone, I figure it might involve putting a checker on the ace point. 6/1, 8/5.
