OLM update

After reading these posts: I'm not going to rebalance teams. This has been going on long enough that the teams have taken on an identity, we'll keep it that way. The recent result showed that both teams are playing at a very high level. Even if there is an inequity (and I'm not sure there really is), it's very slight.

We'll keep the same captains, with the understanding that it can be changed at any time if the captains feel the need to step down. Or if there's an insurrection.

New match starts tonight.
