I agree with Joe. Plotting the data into excel (match length vs average number of games)yields a simple relationship of average number of games = 0.862*Match Length, with very good correlation. I then weighted by number of matches played for each match length which changed the factor from 0.862 to 0.845.

Joe's estimate of 0.85*Match Length is an excellent rule of thumb over the full range in my opinion.
