New Toledo Club

I Just wanted to bring to everyone’s attention that a new backgammon club is being started in Toledo. They had their first meeting this past Sunday. They meet at the Fire Pit Grill (7723 Airport Hwy, Holland OH 43528). It’s a nice, spacious bar/restaurant with great food, and a huge brunch buffet that runs until 3pm. They’re located just west of Toledo, about a mile off US 23.

They plan on meeting at 2pm on the first Sunday of the month. The first tournament was $20 with an optional $10 side pool. Double elimination. 7 point matches and 5 once you have a loss.

There were a good amount of players that are new to tournament backgammon, that seem eager to learn more about the game.
