It is my understanding that Backgammon Ace has now remedied the feature in their application that Brian knew and took advantage of. Based on my knowledge of the situation, they might have thanked him for pointing out the flaw rather than ban him at the request of another player.

It is my understanding there have been other manipulations within other tournaments and play within Backgammon Ace. As with any app, I am sure they continually attempt to refine their product and their tournament formats as flaws are inevitably discovered.

Brian is an excellent player and, in my limited experience of having met him a few times, a very nice young man.

I think some of the allegations that have been made are quite unfair. Brian has been quite candid and forthright regarding everything involved with the circumstance.
