This looks close.

Because White was not able to diversify his spares, the urgency to anchor is not as great as it would have been otherwise. In addition, because Blue added a fourth checker to his own 8pt, making the 4pt goes up in value. It's a very efficient way for Blue to unstack his forward position.

The fact that White has split his back checkers is another factor favoring the 4pt. If he anchors now, Blue will have to be careful about bringing down builders next turn. Making the 4pt now would help alleviate the difficulty of developing naturally.

Nevertheless, I think Blue should grab the anchor. That was my first instinct, and, try as I might, I have not talked myself out of it.
