Difficult decision between hitting (6/2(*), 5/4) and down (14/10, 5/4). if we hit they may fan or come in with an awkward number and their blot on the ace point gives us some counterplay if hit. They may also fan which on balance is probably a plus for us. But I think its better to let them play - hoping they have to break or weaken their blockade with an awkward number. Being behind in the race and having only two checkers back mean we have better timing to hold our semi-blockade.
