POH. 5/2* 4/2. I'm not seeing a way to avoid a blot, other than the distasteful 8/5 8/6, and the deuce point should be better than the ace point. Maybe leaving the spare on the five instead of the four (5/2* 4/1) gives better flexibility, but I'm not seeing it.
