This looks pretty close to one of the reference positions in Woolsey's Encyclopedia. As I recall, it's a clear take if Blue is at least 10 pips behind with only 2 direct builders aimed at the open 5pt. Here Blue is only 8 pips behind but I think it's probably still a take.
