bar/23, 6/5. Seems like the time to catch up in development before white brings down more builders or splits. A little risky but I like it better than the 3 other reasonable alternatives - b/24, 13/11; b/22; b/24, 6/4 (ok maybe the last one isn't so reasonable). Duplication of 4s is a small consideration but I would make the same play if their 9pt blot were on the 10.
