In Response To: Director's ruling at the Chicago Open... (Stick)

I totally agree that both sides were breaking the rules. And I'm not saying it's necessarily true for this situation, but when it comes to dishing out a penalty, it's probably going to be in favor of the player that wasn't knowingly breaking them and not gaining any real advantage either.
