The biggest fraud in the history of backgammon!

I want to share with the world the announcement I am making this morning in Chicago when introducing Mochy to lecture on his Proficiency Test.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I stand here before you today to alert you to a major fraud that has been perpetrated on the entire backgammon world.

Have you wondered how it is humanly possible for Mochy to play under 3 PR and often under 2 PR? Well, he plays at that level only because eXtremeGammon says he does. But the truth is, eXtremeGammon does not exist.

Is there anyone in this room who has ever met Xavier, the supposed creator of XG? Please raise your hand. You never met him because he does not exist.

I hired a forensic web specialist and we found out that all emails and phone calls I have ever received from a so-called Xavier actually were traced to Japan to a person named Tasuko.

For those of you who don’t know, Taskuko is Mochy’s mother, and many of you might have seen her giving me a lesson earlier this week. She is the actually best player in the world, not Mochy, and the two of them together are actually eXtremeGammon.

Do you know what happens when you hit the little ++ button on XG? When those little green bars are moving across the screen they are not doing a rollout or analysis at all. They are searching the database for Tasuko and Mochy’s games to see what they would have played in that position. And as for the number of wins, gammons and backgammons, those numbers are just tossed in there to look good and don’t mean a thing.

I did some more research and I asked an expert in the Japanese language what the true meaning of the name “Mochy” is, and he told me that Mochy roughly translates to “plus-plus.”

So just as Paul Magriel has come to be known as X22, from now on, I urge you all to refer to Mochy by his true, secret identity: Plus-Plus.

And with that, it is my great please to introduce you, for the first time, to Mr. Plus-Plus.
