Pay now. We are low on time, and opp is high on time. He will get stronger every turn. Waiting pays off only on 44 and 55 and on most 6s we will be leaving a triple shot.

Additionally, his 21, 41, 42 and maybe 64&63 are duplicated, but that's very minor consideration, maybe not worth mentioning.

If we owned 13pt. instead of 18pt., it might be close. More doubles would be good, and being forced off wouldn't leave so many shots.
