We have to contain, so my first row options are building a point inside. I like 5pt more when he enters low. I don't feel big difference between 4 and 5pt when he enters high. I like 5pt more when he dances. So a slight edge 9/5(2).

Other reasonable option might be 12/10(2) 8/6(2). If he enters high we have many guns. But we don't have too many poh numbers, and we can't really loose hit. In addition, he enters too often on our 1pt-weaker board.
