In Response To: Director's response to Michel Lamote (LONG) (neilkaz)

If you don't tell your opponent to hit his clock when this first happens has his first turn never ended? (non legal moves tourney) In other words, you can wait until the game plays out and then say "Clock". He then hits the clock and you tell him he has to reset the position to after his first roll when he started doing that 15 turns ago!?
