In Response To: Is anything stopping any one from running their own giants list? (Bob Koca)

There are many good ideas here. At present, my favorite ranking system is the one used by the BMAB. Perhaps one of the alternatives suggested here would be better as a "giants" ranking.

The only thing I feel strongly about is that one list should be limited to the best current players. Contributions to the game, historic achievements, and so on, should be recognized on a different list.
