OLM 20160616 The Prime Factors – Computer getting weird...

My computer has been misbehaving today. For now, it's limping along, but in case it fails completely, and I drop out of sight, I am nominating Casper to act as backup Captain.

Casper, if you are willing, I would like you handle the decisions for any consultations that come up when I am unavailable. Right now, none are pending, so this is just a contingency, in case I should mysteriously disappear later on.
