Make the deuce, or hit loose on the ace? Withe the PFs holding an advanced anchor our gammon chances are slim, so the loose hit won't pay off in the form og additional gammons.

Is it a good distraction play? Well, we have a three point board and so do they. But they have an advanced anchor, so they can better withstand an an exchange of hits. I'll make the fourth homeboard point and note that the blot on the eight can only be hit by abandoning their anchor or a lucky roll of 43.

8/5 2/1* looks sound, but I think 6/2 looks a bit better leading by 30 pips. Could be wrong....
