I think you do need the maths or the formula - in order to be sure what formula you do use. In bg, it is customary to add the length of the match to the formula. This one: =(D1-(1/(1+10^((B1-A1)*SQRT(C1)/2000) ))) * 4*SQRT(C1)

should work according to FIBS rating formula as specified in http://www.bkgm.com/faq/Ratings.html#rating_formula, with a1: Rating b1: Opp rating c1: match length d1: result (1 / 0)
