OT - Poker Hand (Columbus, OH Casino)--skill v luck

I love these skill v luck questions. And i suspect the answer for poker is exactly the same as it is for backgammon.

1. If the players have identical skill levels, then its all luck.

2. If the players are st different levels, then how much luck the worse player needs depends on the length of the session and the difference in skill.

I dont believe I have ever read another answer that makes sense to me than the sbove.
