converting HTML to XG or GNU

I have noticed on recgamesbackgammon that several positions are put into HTML format.How can I convert the HTML to XG or GNU so that I can see the positions.When they are in HTML there is no XGID to copy and paste into XG or GNU. Could someone explain how to put these positions into XG please? The latest one is from 7/1 from Grunty in recbackgammon.Thank you in advance.
