Independent of what happened later in the matches both guys: Victor Ashkenazi and Tatsuya Tanaka must receive first and last(!) warning for their mistakes.

Unfortunately it is not the first case in big BG-events: Sergey Erohin made wrong move against Franck Stepler in 2nd round with 44 (s. from 2:05:46) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oy_k_bQtEqY , which allow him to win in this game 4 points!

It should be a strong rule implemented, which will be panish the players who do that.
