You missed a recube before rolling. After cube and take, I would make your play with the 21 (I think - there are various ways to hit and slot but yours looks the most natural). But here, it is overkill: you are going to cash after a dance or a bad entry after a hit and lift and after your play, so the only difference is that on 4s, your play gets hit, while after hit and lift, you do not get hit.

If you move the checkers from the 10 to the 11, your position is weakened, because these checkers would not bear on the open 4. Then also after not cubing hit and slot is stronger than hit and lift.

Moral of the story: if you have a very strong position no matter what you do and likely have a strong cube coming up, pay attention to minimizing the impact of the adverse swing sequences.
