Yeah, it is ridiculous, but wouldn't you rather play someone like him - even without a clock - than a player at the other end of the scale? I know I would! Biba have a rule where you can get staff to stop your opponent from shaking excessively, and current UKBGF/EUBGF Rules even suggest that the roll could be deemed invalid.

The fellow obviously has a very strong desire to produce a random roll: that's gotta be good. He just needs to be persuaded that properly shaking the dice 30-40 times is not tangibly better at approaching randomness than half that many, or even a quarter of that number, or maybe even an eighth! Shake the dice properly several times then toss them into a baffle box: you really can't do better than that!

I watched his first five rolls (that was enough!) and was just amazed he didn't rolled any cocked. There's something called Sods Law that dictates that the more you shake the dice the more chance you will roll cocked ones!
