I don't have a quick way but it is on the edge of being able to be done by estimating number of times it takes 2,3,4,or 5+ turns to bear off if have a lot of clock time. One key thing is that a lot of the EPC advantage is from shifting 3 rolls to 2 rolls but being off in 2 instead of 3 rarely matters. The chance of being off in 5 instead of 4 is more important.
