Restoring Desktop-OT

I have Windows XP-my desktop got messed up-start menu is now on top,rt part of screen instead of lower left part of screen.
How do I reconfigure my desktop.? Here's screen shot of it:
My desktop got out of whack-start is on rt upper part-not lower left where it belongs

how do i restore this correctly? Thanks, Seth
