Please describe ER, PR, ELO, rollout, equity, strategy, etc.

It looks like some/most/all people here (including myself) have only a superficial or partial understanding of each of these separately, and fail to see how they all relate to one another.

I am sure there are many articles about each of these concept, in many forums, publications, etc. but I think we would all benefit from wiki like definition/description of these through collective contributions.

I would like to respond to some more posts in the thread I started but I would like to first understand better, for example, "how deep PR cuts" into equity, strategy, etc.

In fact, at that point, some of the arguments that I have in mind may be already made/understood by others and I may no longer need to waste any of my own time to prove anything... ;)
