I agree that to have a 5 pointer followed by the 2a 4a lacks consistency. The latter score indeed conveniently produces a close to 1/3 chance for the trailer, but would it not be more consistent for the first match to be to 3 points? 3a 3a and 2a 4a are equivalent in terms of average away score, and probably roughly equivalent in the mean number of games/moves to completion. (2a 4a I guess being slightly shorter than 3a 3a, but certainly much shorter than 5a 5a.)
