So, if Murat's PR is incomparably worse than the bot's and he beats the bot by a decisive margin, what would be the "correct conclusion" you would draw from such a result?

Let's clarify what the result will mean peforehand, so that we won't have to resort to "academic conclusions" later on... ;)
