Does everybody agree PR is academic?

By standard bg I mean same way as bots play, tryingo to go mainly in holding games and avoiding backgames. If you try to manipulate is very easy to get a high PR, not easy to have a low one. I do not trust XG estimations winning chances based on PR. For example if I make 10 blunders, one per game, or 10 blunders in one game for the PR is same thing, for the result no, I risk to ruin 10 games instead of one. PR is a good enough way to measure the strenghtness of the players (majority because is hard to prove this is not the best strategy) who plays standard bg, not so good for the others, I think most of the times they are underrated.
