in answer to your question, Bob, no. The P-40 team tested dice because we sell dice with our boards and we wanted to be sure we were giving people high quality dice. And we are convinced that we are giving the best quality dice on the market at this time or we wouldn't put the P-40 name on them and wouldn't sell them to our customers. Dice were purchased from several different manufacturers and, we will continue to buy from those which we have found sell the best dice in terms of randomness.
If we release data on how they were tested and the results for each manufacturer that would put the company into all kinds of battles about whether the results are accurate and whether we kept videos of the process etc. etc. and we have no desire to discredit any company out there making these dice, since none of them are completely accurate.
The entire goal of this is simply to state a fact that most people here, including me, did not know: that the rounded dice that we call precision dice are not truly, perfectly precise. Gaming industry standards define what constitutes precision dice, and they are the squared corner dice that are used in casinos. And we point this out only to deflect those arguments against electronic rollers when people say that they prefer real dice because they are precision.
