"Whatever stats you show me, I will never, ever want to play with an electron app that you or anyone else brings to a game. The opportunities for it to be 'fixed' in some way is just so plainly easy to imagine."

One presumes that you refuse to play with opaque precision dice, certainly any not serial numbered and certificated (as with the excellent Novadice), even if a poorly sighted player provided them? If so, then there is no inconsistency in your stance.
