Boot Camp Error List (Feedback requested)

I can absolutely see the value of this, and here are my thoughts, as requested.
1. When the error is very small, say under .02, I see no need to even list it unless there is a real error in thinking in the explanation. If the concept is flawed, it is important to see the correction no matter what. What harm does it do listing really small errors? It's distracting and takes away emphasis on the things that are really important conceptually or where the play is well off.
2. It would be good to know what Walter based his evaluations on (what bot and what rollout parameters) and what your analysis is based on.
3. When you say there was a very small error, can we really be sure you (and xg) are right?
4. Since you are the publisher and are in close contact with Donna Trice, why not do a reprint of his book with these corrections so that all future copies of the book will have it right?
5. In addition to a flashback deck, why not create a PDF that people can download, print, and tape to the inside of their Boot Camp book for future reference?
