I agree with Phil about providing a pdf or something similar for everyone in addition to the flashcards.

One question-how do I find each position listed here in the book? Where is position 1-01 and 1-02 for example in the book?

That's the numbering system used in the book. 1-02 means Chapter 1 Position 2, and you can find it on page 26.

I look forward to seeing the positions in the flashcards. Will there be an extra charge in the flashcards for this feature? Will there be a way to cross reference each position in the book?

I look forward to finally shipping this product! A year between releases is way too long. In my defense . . . my one year old son has been helping me.

Yes, the Boot Camp Extended deck will be $20, like the Opening Replies deck. There are also two new free Racing Cubes decks, and many many UI improvements and new features. More about those soon.

Yes, cards in this deck show the position number at the bottom of the answer, for easy reference to the book.
