Interesting position from London Pro Final

I was watching the streaming and I didn't notice the illegal play. This roll was particularly interesting, so I was definitely focused at that point, but didn't spot it. If no one does spot it I don't think you can do anything about it. I think most illegal plays favour the player who made it, and that includes my own. The subconscious can make us see what we want to see, misreading dice etc. If we make one in our opponents favour, I still believe it's best to leave LM as purely a gentleman's agreement, and not have it as a legal obligation to correct their errors. Wouldn't have made any difference here.
Not allowing tentative plays would have prevented this occurrence, however. Actual touch move is too much of a jump for our game, but IMHO the default rule in tournaments should be that, unless players agree otherwise, a legal move made cannot be retracted. Helps keeps the game clean, means opponent can relax more, and anyway it's supposed to be a mind sport.
