I want to see at a minimum the dice cup inverted completely after the dice are dropped in, so they get dumped from the floor of the up onto the fingers blocking the opening and back down to the bottom before being rolled out. If I don't see that, I'll make a polite point of it and would ask for a ruling if the opponent couldn't afford me that much peace of mind.
