I don't like the 4p because of the huge stack on the 6. I would rather use those spares to make inner board points than stripping the 8.

That leaves 13/9, 23/18. The downside to this play is the number of shots on the 18p but if we get away with it, we may anchor up and then we'd have a really good position.
