There are options when it comes to online (real time) reporting.

I personally pay $5 a month to make use of Bracket Ninja.

It's easy to use, expands to a 256-player bracket, and allows for extreme flexibility while the tournament is in progess.

It can, and has, been used for double-elim, progressive consolation, and typical knockout brackets.

It will produce a web page for any bracket you wish to create. All you need to do is send out the link and make sure to update the tournament progression.
