Help interpreting an XG Rollout

First of all, do a real rollout - at least 5k. That probably won't change the best play. It may very well change the others which you found puzzling.
Look at the dice distribution for the hitting plays. 4-3* hitting is way better than 6-3* hitting after a dance. Those blots are slots besides being targets. Go through the 21 rolls after 4-3* dancing and you will be amazed how well they play. If I counted right all numbers re-make a fifth point. Then do the same after 6-5, 6-3* - not as good. This gain on dancing numbers dwarfs the smaller gains from 6-5, 6-3* when white enters without hitting.
13-9 gives you a good six much of the time. Your sixes don't play very well otherwise when you choose not to hit.
