YES, play Round Robin 7 -rounds -one team has a bye each round (and can help to recover balls, line judge, bring water, etc). Just make the sets shorter (maybe 4 pts), 2 sets per match.. Then make the tie breaks: Winner= Most matches, Most sets, Best positive point difference.
