+1 to all of the above.

Left to his own devices, White may make a four-point block or an advanced anchor. He might even do both. Hitting twice gives him 21 returns shots, to be sure, but he also has 15 air balls. Even when White does hit a return shot, Blue may be able to strike back by knocking White off of his bar point.

Of course, when White does roll one of his 15 air blues, the initiative will shift to Blue.
