Does white have a take? 40 pips down, no board, three men trapped behind a solid four prime, and blue poised to escape his final runner.

Looks grim, but white may be able to eke out a take due to the advanced anchor and blue's straggler. Not sure, so I'll bow to Mr Woolsey and say ship it.

I'd pass this one against an even or better player. Might take agianst an inferior opponent since there's still some play in the game and gammons are few.
