USBGF Rules - permitting dice to land on checkers is a bad rule

In Response To: USBGF Rules (Bill Riles)

I object to the rule permitting dice to land on top of checkers to count as a valid roll. It's possible for a die to land such that it's tilted and sitting between two checkers and the bar or side wall. You don't have that problem if we stick with the old rule requiring that both die come to rest on the board's surface.
