USBGF Rules - permitting dice to land on checkers is a bad rule

In Response To: USBGF Rules - permitting dice to land on checkers is a bad rule (Stick)

The concave and rimmed checkers, and a die being slightly cocked between two checkers was also my concern. Along with players being so ingrained to pick up the dice when one lands on a checker that I see this happening a lot with this rule.
